Waters Crest Wins Platinum at the 6th Annual Critics Challenge International Wine Competition staged in San Diego over Memorial Day weekend. Waters Crest Winery walked away with a platinum medal for our Private Reserve 2006 Cabernet Franc, only 66 Platinum medals were awarded. A total of 327 medals were given. More

Tom, a graduate of CIA and opened his first restaurant in 1983 called Panama Hattie’s & has owned, operated, and started over 22 different restaurants. He has been featured on Gordon Elliot's Door Knock Dinners on Food Network, Chef's Night Out on Metro Channel, frequent guest chef on Long Island's Channels 12 and 21, and cooked at James Beard House in New York City. Waters Crest has 6 wines on Tom's top list and is pouring our 2007 Library Cabernet Franc by the glass. More
