Our Wines

2012 Steel Fermented Chardonnay
This stainless steel Chardonnay displays aromas of apple and a faint hint of field hay.  The firm bright acidity on first sip continues throughout the palate giving this wine a wonderful mouth-feel and structure, with flavors of green apple, lemon peel and honeysuckle.  Our maritime, cool climate terroir is evident in the form of a crisp minerality that shines through the finish.

2012 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc **ALMOST SOLD OUT**
The bouquet reveals hints of honey and caramelized green apples.  There is a round, vibrant, lively and mouth-watering tart acidity with candy green apple notes and lemon peel.  The creaminess on the palate from the 2 months in French Oak  and lees stirring, creates a soft texture.  This wine will continue to integrate over the next 4-6 months allowing for this to be a beautiful wine to pair with seafood dishes into the fall and early winter. Very limited production of 70 cases.

2012 Dry Riesling ** ALMOST SOLD OUT**
This wine is made in the true Alsatian style, bone dry. Pale straw in color with a hint of petrol on the bouquet, lemon blossom, honey and a crisp minerality.  Zesty acidity balances out the fruitiness and citrus while enhancing the slatey minerality.  The finish lingers on the palate keeping your mouth watering long after the wine is gone.  Serve with Asian and Thai cuisine, chicken, pork, shellfish.  Very limited production of just 63 cases.

A crisp, dry bubbly!  Supplies are limited, so stock up today!
The Sparkling is pale golden in color, with fine strings of tiny bubbles that remain constant in your glass. Aroma of ripe pears and delicious apples that enlighten its fresh brioche scent. Its fine effervescence composes a symphony of tiny bubbles leading to a generous mousse.

Complexity is revealed in this toasty and creamy wine with delicate oak flavors that come to join in its vinous expression. Malolactic fermentation was strictly avoided to keep the lively acidity and pure fruit. Hints of honeysuckle and peach dance on your mid palate, with ripe green apple hints along with apricots and pear notes on the finish. The mouth-feel is rich, reflecting the wonderful tight tiny bubbles that keep rising in the glass.  There is a wonderful balance between the firm acidity, intense fruit and dosage of playful mousse.

This is a classic Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine that perfectly captures the terroir of the North Fork: elegance, ripeness and vibrant acidity dance in your mouth with ever sip.  It is composed of 8% Pinot Meunier, 23% Pinot Noir and 69% Chardonnay.  It spent 2 Years in production from Harvest to Flute. Limited Quantities.  (Technical Data: Alc: 12.5% - pH: 3.12 - TA: 8.8 g/l - Residual Sugar: 6 g/l)$39.99

2011 "5" Red Blend
This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc is the perfect easy, light, weekday red sipper.  Dark cherry, cinnamon, anise and a hint of gingerbread waft from the glass.  On the palate, notes of black pepper, dark cherry, nutmeg, smoke, and a hint of rhubarb on the finish.  The mouth-feel is lush and jammy with subtle soft tannins on the finish.  Great with striped bass, grilled swordfish or even pizza and burgers.

2009 Merlot **NEW RELEASE**
This 100% Merlot displays beautiful cherry, fresh eucalyptus and a hint of smoke on the nose.  Full and round on the palate with bing cherry, hints of cranberry and hint of tobacco fill the mouth. The finish lingers at the back of the throat with charred wood and a vibrant acidity.  The 2009 Merlot was aged in 95% French oak and 5% American oak.

2009 Campania Rosso  **NEW RELEASE**
This red blend is comprised of 78% Merlot, and 22% Cabernet Franc.   The CR has a beautiful balance of firm tannins and acidity.  The nose displays smoky toasted wood and black fruit and eucalyptus.  On the palate hints of black pepper and a subtle smoke intertwine with black plum and currant.  Aged in New French Oak for over 20 months and aged in the bottle for 15 months prior to release.

2009 Cabernet Franc **NEW RELEASE**
The wine was aged 18 months in New French Oak. The nose shows layers of black currant, cherry, slight hint of hay and mossy earthy notes. The palate comes alive with lush, chewy, firm tannins and a bright mouth-watering acidity mid-palate.  Flavors of plum, hints of blueberry, a touch of cocoa, tobacco and smoke unfold with every sip. The wine displays a very dark center when looking through the glass with nice complex legs. The grapes were harvested from a small private 7 acre farm in Southold. The vines are planted North/South harnessing all available sunlight for ripening/sugar development and tannin structure.  The sandy loam soil retains any moisture received, making it available for the roots of the vines during the driest summer months optimizing overall grape development.
