Our Wines

2014 Dry Rose

*Introducing Long Island's first glass top closure - no wine key required! Hello beach wine!*

The 2014 is a blend of 25% Merlot, 25% Cab Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Chardonnay and 7% Sauvignon Blanc. We use the 'Saignee Method' (bleeding the juice) to make our Rose and blend the whites in before bottling. This wine shows aromas of ripe fresh strawberries with hints of watermelon and cranberry. The acid makes this wine crisp and vibrant, with bing cherry on the finish. Perfect for the Summer!

2013 Pinot Blanc
Our 2013 Pinot Blanc originates from Palmer vineyards home farm and displays citrus and green apple signatures. Showing gorgeous slate with mineral notes, pear and nice green apple finish.

2012 Reserve Chardonnay

Our Barrel Fermented Chardonnay has spent just 3 months in 1 year old French oak barrels to create depth of flavor on the palate with a hint of burnt toast and vanilla with a passion fruit note on the finish.  The bouquet is filled with lemon grass, green apple, banana and apricots. A mouth-watering, beautiful, bright acidity lingers through the mid-palate creating a longing for a second sip.  Our maritime, cool climate terroir is evident in the form of a crisp minerality that shines through the finish.

2013 Dry Riesling
This Riesling is made in the traditional Alsatian style, bone dry, with a bright vibrant acidity that dances on your tongue. Resonating from the glass is a beautiful earthy minerality with subtle slate/shale notes.  The fruit is shipped down from Gold Seal Vineyards (Finger Lakes) over night and arrives on our door step early the next morning to be processed. Gold Seal is one of the oldest vineyards in New York State, established in 1865.

2012 "5" Red Blend
This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc is the perfect easy, light, weekday red sipper.  Dark cherry, cinnamon, anise and a hint of gingerbread waft from the glass.  On the palate, notes of black pepper, dark cherry, nutmeg, smoke, and a hint of rhubarb on the finish.  The mouth-feel is lush and jammy with subtle soft tannins on the finish.  Great with striped bass, grilled swordfish or even pizza and burgers.

2010 Merlot
This 100% Merlot displays beautiful cherry, fresh eucalyptus and a hint of smoke on the nose.  Full and round on the palate with bing cherry, hints of cranberry and hint of tobacco fill the mouth. The finish lingers at the back of the throat with charred wood and a vibrant acidity.  The 2009 Merlot was aged in 95% French oak and 5% American oak.

"Classic in most respects, this is a fine ringer for St. Emilion, with elegance in the mid-palate and a somewhat earth feel rising above the oak-imparted cream on the smooth texture." -90pts by Mark Squires, Wine Advocate

2010 CR
***Library ***
The 2010 CR consists of a blend of 81% Merlot, 15.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3.5% Cabernet Franc.  The CR shows dark berry, plum with a hint of and vanilla and a slight floral note on the bouquet.  Bright cherry, plum, and currant flood the palate upon sipping.  The tannins are well integrated with the beautiful ripe fruit together presenting a full well-balanced, bold, round and silky wine with a long finish.  Just 74 cases were produced. Cellar this wine for up to at least 10 years, or decant and enjoy now.

2010 Cabernet Franc ‘Grand Vin’
Our 2010 Cabernet Franc ‘Grand Vin’ displays aromas of dark roasted coffee, and dark chocolate with a hint of smoky bacon.  Blackberry, plum and dark fruit notes flood the palate.  The tannins are soft and round creating a silky mouth-feel.  Our 2010 Cabernet Franc ‘Grand Vin’ spent 21 months in 100% French Oak.  The grapes were hand picked, ensuring only the best clusters were chosen for our ‘Grand Vin’ vintage. Upon arrival at the winery, the grape clusters were then painstakingly hand sorted to create a Cabernet Franc of the highest quality.   Share this wine with special wine-loving friends or cellar for easily 10+ years.

2012 Due Sorelle (Red Blend)
