2013 Dry Rosé  **JUST ABOUT 1 CASE LEFT**
The 2013 is a blend of 81% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Blanc, and 5% Merlot using the saignee method (bleeding the juice).  This wine shows aromas of ripe fresh strawberries and dry field grass with a hint of caramelized brown sugar. The balance of acidity is so integrated it jumps up and tickles your noise. There are flavors of ripe strawberries, and hints of bing cherry.

2013 CB (White Blend **JUST ABOUT 1 CASE LEFT**
The new CB is a blend of 78% Chardonnay, 8% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Pinot Blanc. Both on the aromatics and the palate, the Chardonnay creates a signature of creamy caramel with hint of honeysuckle, while the Sauvignon Blanc adds hints of grapefruit and green apple. The Pinot Blanc shows developing signatures of dry field grass. The CB exhibits a beautifully round mouthfeel.  The flavors are well integrated on the palate with an intense fruit forward direction mid-palate full of passion fruit with a tart and vibrant acidity on the finish. This is our first wine made with 2% residual sugar but the acidity helps to support the finish and creates a round mouth feel. Limited production of just 69 cases.


2013 Pinot Blanc **NEW RELEASE** 
Our 2013 Pinot Blanc originates from Palmer vineyards home farm and displays citrus and green apple signatures. Showing gorgeous slate with mineral notes, pear and nice green apple finish.


2013 Dry Riesling **NEW RELEASE**
This Riesling is made in the traditional Alsatian style, bone dry, with a bright vibrant acidity that dances on your tongue. Resonating from the glass is a beautiful earthy minerality with subtle slate/shale notes.  The fruit is shipped down from Gold Seal Vineyards (Finger Lakes) over night and arrives on our door step early the next morning to be processed. Gold Seal is one of the oldest vineyards in New York State, established in 1865.

2011 "5" Red Blend 
This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc is the perfect easy, light, weekday red sipper.  Dark cherry, cinnamon, anise and a hint of gingerbread waft from the glass.  On the palate, notes of black pepper, dark cherry, nutmeg, smoke, and a hint of rhubarb on the finish.  The mouth-feel is lush and jammy with subtle soft tannins on the finish.  Great with striped bass, grilled swordfish or even pizza and burgers.

2009 Merlot **Silver Medal Winner at 2014 NYS Food and Wine Classic**
This 100% Merlot displays beautiful cherry, fresh eucalyptus and a hint of smoke on the nose.  Full and round on the palate with bing cherry, hints of cranberry and hint of tobacco fill the mouth. The finish lingers at the back of the throat with charred wood and a vibrant acidity.  The 2009 Merlot was aged in 95% French oak and 5% American oak.

2009 Campania Rosso 
This red blend is comprised of 78% Merlot, and 22% Cabernet Franc.   The CR has a beautiful balance of firm tannins and acidity.  The nose displays smoky toasted wood and black fruit and eucalyptus.  On the palate hints of black pepper and a subtle smoke intertwine with black plum and currant.  Aged in New French Oak for over 20 months and aged in the bottle for 15 months prior to release.

2011 Due Sorelle (Red Blend)  ***NEW RELEASE***
Mouth-feel is silky with beautifully integrated tannins resulting in a long mouth-watering finish.  A blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc with notes of cherry, nutmeg, eucalyptus and smoke on the bouquet.  Flavors of cherry, white pepper with subtle hints of nutmeg and smoky bacon fat.
