Truffles and Wine with Chef Linda Slezak
		Sunday, October 12th 2:00 pm Chef Linda Slezak will be teaching you the art of truffle making. Whether you would like to learn how to make them or just enjoy eating them, this is the perfect class for you. Winemaker Jim Waters will be pairing his award winning wines with the truffles. The cost is $15.00, this will include a glass of wine and truffles. Space is limited; please contact the winery to ensure your seat.
First Annual Library Tasting
		Sunday, October 19th 1:00 - 5:00 pm We are dusting off some of our most popular vintages. These wines are from our private cellar. Perhaps you have heard about a past vintage of our 2002 Merlot or maybe even our Cab Franc? This is your chance to taste and purchase past favorites. Quantities are limited, so please visit early in the day. $20.00 Club Members $25.00 Non-Club Members * Limit, one bottle per vintage
2007 Futures Dinner
		Saturday, November 8th 7:00 - 9:00 pm Please join us for an evening of exceptional local fare paired with our 2007 Grand Vintage served in our candle lit cellar amongst the barrels and aromas of the 2008 harvest. This will be an excellent chance to taste directly from the barrel. These great wines will be available for purchase at an exceptional discount at the conclusion of the evening. 2007 was an exceptional growing season with over 100 days of ripening. Fall brought day after day of sun and blue skies. The nights were cool and the days were warm, making for prime ripening conditions. The results were outstanding fruit quality. Long Island Winterfest - Jazz on The Vine
